Holy Waiting: Examen through Advent

Advent is a time of waiting and expectation. Despite the busy nature of the Christmas season, Advent invites us to slow down and appreciate a pause. The Examen also offers us this invitation – to wait with expectation, to pause and reflect, and to listen to the desires of our hearts as they open a window into God’s invitation to each of us. Join us as we discover how the Examen can be used during Advent to deepen our experience of the journey to the Birth of our Savior.
